First of all, I would like to thank Galen and the crew at Windows Plus for the excellent job they did replacing our old windows. They were courteous and extremely professional in all ways and kept the mess and inconveniences down to a bare minimum.
Next, I would like to congratulate and thank them for their fine product. We love our new windows, both for their looks and their performance in the summer and the winter. What a difference!
When I first started researching windows to replace my old ones, I realized right away that I wanted fiberglass frames instead of vinyl, because of its superior strength and the fact that fiberglass expands and contracts at almost exactly the same rate as glass. Therefore, you don't run into the problem of breaking the seals that you can encounter with vinyl clad windows. When I checked with most local window companies I was told, yes, we can get you fiberglass windows, but it will cost you quite a bit more than vinyl. So I figured we couldn't afford fiberglass.
Boy was I wrong! Galen quoted me a price for fiberglass that was lower that the other bids for vinyl. The samples we looked at convinced us to go with Windows Plus, and we've been very happy with our decision. We have recommended family and friends to give them a call. I believe they'll be very satisfied too."

"We recently had windows and a door installed in our home by Windows Plus. I am writing in regards to the installer who was sent to our home to do the installation. We have had several different improvements done to our home in the past 8 years and have never had someone take such care and caution with our home. He was very neat and tidy, took every precaution to take care of our decor so as not to damage or break anything. He did an excellent job of cleaning up after himself and making sure not to soil carpets. His workmanship is top of the line and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering having any work done to their home."
